Responsibilities
- Process customer payments efficiently using provided POS equipment
- Scan, bag, and merchandise products while maintaining store appearance
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly using company-provided communication tools
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Operate store equipment including barcode scanners and receipt printers
- Assist with inventory management using provided handheld scanners
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Basic math skills with ability to operate provided POS systems
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Nashville locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided anti-fatigue mats
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn company equipment
- No experience necessary – full training on provided tools included
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
