Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise and maintain store organization standards to keep the sales floor appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
