Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure products are readily available and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Perform nightly closing duties, including cash drops, inventory counts, and security checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the night team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours.
- Assist with light cleaning and facility maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, specifically nights and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to the San Francisco location.
