Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries and location.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability.
- Follow all company safety, security, and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
