Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with products and services.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment throughout the weekend.
- Stocking & Merchandising: Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
