Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and assistance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit card transactions
- Assist with store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and store resets
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) 8am-6pm
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Reliable transportation to Oakland location

- Must pass background check and be available to start immediately
