Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock rotations to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
