Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering questions and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operations: Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operations, and store security.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and organize merchandise to ensure visual standards are met.
- Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the store through effective shelving and display techniques.
- Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient store operations and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and reach overhead.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and proficiency with POS systems.
