Your Role
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable shopping experience while maintaining the high standards of Beachside Retail Co.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm smile, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale system.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
