Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and answer their inquiries.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure a clean, organized, and appealing shopping environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
