Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product signage is accurate and up-to-date.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and preparing stock for the sales floor.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily goals and support store operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with cash registers or POS systems.
