Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing transactions and handling cash responsibly.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays and peak shopping seasons.
