Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize, merchandise, and restock shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 20 lbs).
- A positive, customer-centric mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with standard point-of-sale systems is a plus.
