- Provide responsive technical support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with hardware/software products
- Document interactions in CRM systems with detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) metrics
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for urgent escalations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities in remote work environments
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 8-16 hours/week)
- Self-motivated with time management skills for independent work
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Experience with SaaS products or consumer electronics
