Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of freight and packages.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate shipping logs.
- Ensure the warehouse and work area are organized and meet safety standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team setting.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio facility.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
