Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock replenishment for the weekend shift.
- Manage the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring all packages are handled with care and processed efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming shipments and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in training and mentoring new part-time staff members during their first weeks.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and provide timely resolutions.
- Complete all necessary digital paperwork and logs at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the Nashville facility.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
