Role Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our Columbus operations run smoothly. You will be the face of our brand, assisting clients and maintaining inventory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inventory and organize stock efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with inquiries and process transactions accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse and sales floor are clean, safe, and organized.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Report discrepancies in stock levels to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
