Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for enterprise clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
