Responsibilities
- Delight patients with attentive care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility and daily living activities
- Collaborate with night shift nurses and physicians on patient care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience strongly preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Reliable transportation for consistent weekend night shifts
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
