Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the organization of displays to maximize visibility.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; current students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team setting.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
