Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering detailed inquiries, and providing recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Operate cash registers, handle returns, exchanges, and process gift cards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor throughout the evening shift.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to address inventory and operational needs.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience, empathy, and professional conflict resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Familiarity with computer applications and POS software is a plus.
