Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Ensure the sales floor and workstations are organized and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales and service goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and effective problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland location.
