Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Organize and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Answer phone inquiries and route messages to appropriate staff members.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; current students are highly encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
