Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Store Operations: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales accurately at the point of sale and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company visual standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met during shifts.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory counts and product organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to show up on time and work consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
