Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service in a retail or warehouse setting.
- Stock inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and operational goals.
- Perform basic data entry and scanning of products using handheld devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
