Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Support promotional events and special weekend activations as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over specific history.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
