- Operational Excellence: Process transactions efficiently at the point of sale and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Store Presentation: Keep sales floors organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adaptability: Assist with special events or promotional activities as required during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
