Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product information to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Perform daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to handle cash and credit transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
