Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse operations and inventory management on weekends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in our New York and Illinois locations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate standard office and logistics equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle package sorting, loading, and unloading with care and accuracy.
- Process paperwork and digital logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use mobile devices.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
