Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly smile and offer assistance.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean store environment.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds according to policy.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and reporting stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
