Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to safely load and unload shipments.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain high accuracy rates.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in the packing and processing of customer orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily priorities and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekends and evening shifts (e.g., Fri-Sun, 4 PM - 12 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
