- Documentation: Accurately log all tickets, resolutions, and system changes into our knowledge base.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Tools: Proficiency with remote desktop software, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure and work independently.
