Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend shifts.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets and customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues to the on-call engineering team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is highly preferred.
