As a key member of our support team, you will ensure our critical systems remain operational during off-peak hours, providing top-tier technical assistance to our remote workforce.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and server health during the night shift.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via remote channels for hardware and software issues.
- Execute routine software updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions, including printers and peripherals.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and change logs in the knowledge base.
- Escalate critical issues to the Senior Team Lead during morning handover.
- Conduct periodic system backups and verification checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus).
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Night Shifts.
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
