Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maintain a premium shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and stock rotation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve weekly sales goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the option for additional shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
