Your Role:
As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining store standards. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, quick-learning, and passionate about customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining store visual standards, including merchandising and stock organization.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Adhere to all company policies, loss prevention procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; students are welcome to apply.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and availability on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
