Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Help with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Merchandising: Ensure product signage is accurate and displays are rotated according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have reliable transportation.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and reach shelves.
- Focus: Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
