Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at event check-in stations and VIP areas
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concession sales
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Respond promptly to attendee inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
