Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, ticketing stations, and VIP areas
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Assist with setup/teardown of event equipment and decorations
- Handle ticket scanning and access control with tablet technology
- Respond to guest inquiries with professional and friendly demeanor
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues in real-time
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident reports
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with weekday flexibility
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass basic background check and venue-specific training
- Reliable transportation to downtown Kansas City locations
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
