Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at entrance points, ticketing stations, and venue common areas
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed during events
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces including seating and dĂŠcor arrangements
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales and concession transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event experiences
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
