Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safe event perimeters
- Support vendor coordination and merchandise sales
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event equipment and signage
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
- Uphold brand standards and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm shifts)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown SF locations
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must pass basic background check
