Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to venue specifications
- Assist guests with directions, seating, and event information
- Manage ticket scanning and attendee check-in procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout event spaces
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (10am-10pm)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Team player with positive attitude
- 18+ years old with valid ID
