Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and verification for weekend projects.
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL.
- Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Organize and archive digital documents and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or Business preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Flexibility for Friday evening shifts is a plus).
