Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for clients via phone and email.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries within established service level agreements.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and educating them on our software platform.
- Document all interactions and issues in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to resolve complex escalated tickets.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Identify product feedback and relay it to the product development team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of internet navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
