Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM system

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising as needed
- Participate in weekend team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
