Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage reservations and coordinate event logistics for high-volume clients
- Maintain accurate digital records and update CRM databases daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Process transactions using POS systems while ensuring data accuracy
- Assist in inventory management and quality control checks
- Participate in weekend promotional events and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and evenings (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record (if driving required)
