Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
