Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy and resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Monitor and manage the cash drawer and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
