Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain store displays to ensure a neat and organized shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure excellent customer service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is required.
