Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize merchandise to ensure a neat and appealing store appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising displays and promotional events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with care and adhere to all company policies regarding product handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some evenings.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
